A NASDAQ-listed online brokerage, operating in a highly competitive global trading industry, sought to strengthen brand presence, accelerate user growth, and drive measurable business conversion. The client aimed to build a full-funnel growth engine covering brand awareness, user acquisition, account opening, AUM growth, and retention. As the end-to-end project lead, we developed and executed a comprehensive growth framework across content marketing, paid media, influencer programs, SEO/SEM, CRM automation, lifecycle marketing, event operations, and product-led growth collaboration.
